About the Role
Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 4+ years of civil litigation experience in Automobile and Premises Liability defense. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement within a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Prepare and file dispositive motions.
- Handle arbitrations and mediations.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for insurers.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and scheduling requirements.
- Work closely with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, providing regular updates and comprehensive written status reports.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Prepare strategic memoranda.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
