About the Role
The Higher Collective is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as brand ambassadors and customer service representatives in their retail locations. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring compliance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling orders behind the retail counter and issuing pre-packaged products to customers.
- Preparing, dispensing, distributing, and administering cannabis-based products under supervision.
- Entering customer and order information into the point-of-sale system.
- Processing payments and finalizing customer orders.
- Performing inventory and cash reconciliation procedures.
- Conducting new customer consultations.
- Maintaining compliance with the Adult Use Marijuana Program rules and regulations.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Interfacing with managers in all departments to ensure smooth dispensary operations.
- Staying informed about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to learn about cannabis products.
- Prior Budtender experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate Point of Sale systems.
- Flexible and open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check annually.
- Ability to obtain approval for an agent registration card from the DCP.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to move about the dispensary and handle various equipment and computer systems.
