About the Role

Lantern is hiring a digital marketer to build and run our digital properties, campaigns, and develop our account-based marketing (ABM) engine. You'll turn go-to-market priorities into targeted, multi-touch campaigns across email, social and paid digital that reach the right buying groups at our target accounts. You'll own HubSpot as our main marketing platform, and you'll set up the reporting that shows how marketing drives pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with Go-To-Market and sales. This role is for someone who can plan the strategy, build the campaigns in HubSpot, and explain the results to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with GTM and sales to define target account lists, ICPs, and buying personas.
  • Design and launch tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) with tailored messaging.
  • Coordinate multi-touch, multi-channel plays across email, LinkedIn, paid social, web, and sales outreach.
  • Track account engagement, intent signals, and funnel progression, flagging accounts ready for sales.
  • Own the end-to-end email marketing program: strategy, segmentation, copy, build, QA, deployment, and optimization.
  • Build automated nurture flows, workflows, and lead-scoring models in HubSpot.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on email campaigns.
  • Maintain high deliverability, clean lists, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
  • Plan and manage organic and paid social media, particularly LinkedIn, including account-targeted ads.
  • Create social campaigns supporting ABM plays, product launches, partner moments, and events.
  • Manage digital ad budgets and pacing, optimizing spend towards best-performing channels and audiences.
  • Serve as the in-house HubSpot expert for Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and campaign tracking.
  • Establish and enforce data hygiene, UTM standards, naming conventions, and property structure.
  • Collaborate with sales on CRM handoffs, lead routing, SLAs, and HubSpot integrations.
  • Build and own marketing dashboards in HubSpot for campaign, channel, and account-level performance.
  • Report on key metrics including target-account engagement, MQL/SQL conversion, pipeline sourced/influenced, velocity, CAC, and ROI.
  • Set up campaign attribution and provide monthly/quarterly readouts with insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize data to test and improve audiences, content, channels, and spend.
  • Support events and GTM moments with pre- and post-event digital programs.
  • Run digital programs for events to generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience running ABM programs, preferably in technology, software, data/AI, or professional services.
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise, including building workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, and custom reports/dashboards.
  • Proven track record of running email programs and nurture strategies with measurable gains.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and paid social campaigns, including account-based targeting and budget management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboard creation, attribution analysis, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience aligning closely with sales on target accounts, lead handoffs, and pipeline goals.
  • Clear and persuasive writing skills for email, social, and ad copy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Bombora) is a plus.
  • Power BI or Excel skills for advanced marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Experience marketing to developer, data, or AI audiences is a plus.
  • Experience with partner co-marketing is a plus.
