Northtown Volvo is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to service Volvo brand vehicles. This role is crucial for performing vehicle repair and maintenance according to dealer and factory standards.

Responsibilities

Receive repair orders and perform outlined work with efficiency and accuracy.
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Communicate with the Parts department to obtain needed parts.
Save and tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs and inform Service Advisor.
Document all work performed.
Road-test vehicles as required.
Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and shop area.
Account for all dealership-owned tools.

Requirements

Previous work as an Automotive Technician or graduation from an accredited Automotive Repair program.
Valid and active in-state driver's license.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions (verbal and written).
Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and/or PC.
