About the Role
Decagon's People team partners with founders and leadership to manage hiring, growth, compensation, and support for a rapidly scaling global team. This role focuses on owning the global employee experience, including recognition programs, company rituals, internal events, onboarding, and employee-facing communications.
Responsibilities
- Own the global employee experience, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Build and scale recognition programs, including milestone celebrations.
- Design and execute company rituals and internal events.
- Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding swag.
- Develop a repeatable playbook for local teams to ensure consistent program delivery.
- Own and maintain the People Leaders Hub and employee-facing Notion content.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on event execution, vendor management, and budget.
- Advise leaders on program implementation and change communication aligned with company values.
Requirements
- 4+ years in employee experience, culture, internal communications, or events.
- Experience in a company that scaled past a few hundred employees.
- Proven ability to build and own a company-wide recognition or culture program.
- Experience producing large internal events end-to-end, including budget and vendor management.
- Strong writing skills for clear and direct employee-facing communications.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and leaders without direct authority.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations, define problems, and build plans.
- Experience in a fast-growing AI or developer-focused company.
- Prior ownership of an employer brand or internal storytelling program.
