About the Role
BSNB is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, support team development, and foster strong customer relationships. Join a nationally recognized local community bank!
Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations and team performance.
- Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support branch sales and referral goals.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Participate in community and networking activities.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Two to three years of banking, retail management, or financial services experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with banking technologies and computer applications.
