About the Role
We are seeking an F&B leader who enjoys working hands-on within the kitchen for our full-time F&B Assistant position.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in daily kitchen and bar operations, including cleaning.
- Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet.
- Ensure quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar.
- Manage pantry and stocktaking, including inventory checks and ordering.
- Receive and put away goods.
- Create the menu for the dinner buffet.
- Supervise scheduling for the kitchen and bar crew.
Requirements
- Reliability, quality awareness, and flexibility.
- Strong willingness to commit and work independently.
- Ability to be a hands-on doer and maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations.
- Some experience in gastronomy or hospitality is desirable but not required.
- Good German and English language skills; other languages are an advantage.
