About the Role
As a Concierge, you’re not just assisting guests with special requests and services – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
- Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
- Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages, and faxes
- Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high priority guests
- Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
- Must be fully flexible and available to work between 7:30am and 10:00pm
