About the Role
GlassDollar OS brings relevant innovations straight to the people who need them, inside the tools they already use. Enterprise customers such as Volkswagen and Siemens use GlassDollar, and our agents are now rolling out to their business units. Each rollout runs through corporate IT: app approvals, login, security reviews, email allowlisting and data access. This role lives at the intersection of customer IT and our agentic layer, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the Microsoft Teams app, including building and maintaining the bot, adaptive cards, digests, Microsoft login (Entra ID SSO), and email fallback.
- Navigate customer IT approval processes, including admin consent, security questionnaires, permission scopes, and allowlisting.
- Develop connectors for customer systems, starting with supplier master data and expanding to procurement and ERP tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Serve as the technical counterpart for customers, managing IT kick-offs, setup questions, debugging, and integration timelines.
- Ship customer-specific requests, such as field mappings and pre-configured setups, making them reusable product features.
- Extend APIs and MCP servers to support customers building their own agents.
- Support new business by joining sales calls, providing technical answers, and quickly launching pilots.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with production experience in TypeScript and Node.js (or a comparable backend language with a willingness to switch).
- Experience building and shipping a Microsoft 365 or Teams integration in an enterprise context (bots, Graph API, app registration, admin consent).
- Solid understanding of enterprise identity and security, including SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, tenant permissions, and corporate IT review processes for third-party apps.
- Experience integrating with corporate systems of record via APIs, file exchange, or middleware, ideally with procurement or ERP data.
- Proven ability to work directly with customer IT teams, explaining technical trade-offs effectively to both IT architects and business unit leads.
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
