  • Lead senior-level relationships with key accounts, conducting regular performance reviews and agreeing on account plans.
  • Ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable supply of labour, meeting client requirements and service levels.
  • Maintain accreditations (RISQS, ISO, client-specific) and ensure all workers meet necessary compliance standards.
  • Hold full P&L accountability for Enable Resourcing, preparing business plans, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Enable Resourcing team, fostering a high-performing, sales-focused culture.
  • Design organizational structure, recruit, and develop talent to support business growth.
  • Coach team members in consultative selling, account planning, and opportunity qualification.

Requirements

  • More than 8 years in recruitment, labour supply, or a related services business, with a proven record in business development and sales.
  • Proven leadership experience, having led a team of comparable size.
  • Track record of winning and growing accounts, frameworks, or PSL positions, with evidence of revenue and margin growth.
  • Experience of managing senior client relationships and negotiating commercial terms.

  • Strong user of CRM systems for managing pipeline and accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to read and understand company accounts (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow) and build pricing and margin models.
  • Confident, credible communicator who builds rapport quickly.
  • Commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Works well with other teams across the group.
