About the Role
Join Qonto as a Senior Product Designer to design the credit and investment experience as the company grows into a bank. You will collaborate closely with product and tech teams, reporting to the Product Design Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design 0-to-1 credit and investment features, transforming complex processes into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Lead market and user research, exploring solutions and engaging directly with customers.
- Incorporate regulation, backend, and partner constraints into design, collaborating with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
- Manage the design process from initial sketch through launch and iteration, contributing to the design system.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and new tech teams from the outset to shape solutions.
- Ensure consistent user experience by aligning with internal teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work, rationale, outcomes, and detailed craft.
- Strong product thinking skills, including problem framing, solution evaluation, trade-off analysis, and linking decisions to business impact.
- Experience designing for regulated complexity with a focus on B2C quality.
- Solution-oriented ownership, proactively bringing solutions and unblocking oneself.
- Stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with PMs, engineers, Legal, Risk, and partners, effective communication, feedback reception, and early blocker identification.
- Proficiency in AI-native workflows for research, exploration, and prototyping, with the ability to validate AI outputs and identify areas requiring human judgment.
- Ability to work with rigor and pace, prioritizing effectively, flagging trade-offs, and maintaining high quality in a regulated environment.
