About the Role
At UNIQLO, you will be key to shaping memorable customer experiences and contributing to the growth and evolution of our business. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, a Partner in Management, and a Retail Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Offering a rewarding shopping experience by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
- Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, organised, and beautifully presented.
- Monitoring customer reactions to products to recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels.
- Working with all colleagues, offering support, and helping create a strong, united team.
- Championing our recycling programme, promoting our repair services, and participating in local community activities.
- Contributing to content creation for social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel.
Requirements
- Full flexibility during week and weekend across various shifts (morning and late shift patterns) required.
