About the Role
The Analyst, Client Relationship Group supports client servicing and sales efforts within Dimensional’s EMEA Global Client Group. This entry-level role is an ideal opportunity to enter the Investment Management industry, gain a full understanding of a sales department, and contribute to team goals. We seek individuals with a task-oriented approach and attention to detail, offering best-in-class training and a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with the preparation of basic client material, including prospecting packs, portfolio review books, and ad-hoc presentations.
- Handle administration tasks such as meeting preparation, client record keeping, basic market analytics, investment analysis, and other ad-hoc duties.
- Develop skills to become a primary user of various analytics tools.
- Own certain regulatory and client reporting deliverables.
- Maintain records for client and prospect pipelines.
- Assist with sales research and support.
- Regularly interact with clients, covering client calls and responding to basic ad hoc queries via phone and email.
- Support various aspects of channel-specific events, including organization and preparation.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the firm’s products, investment process, systems, and investment philosophy.
- Continually review and seek improvements to processes and procedures.
- Ensure necessary client data is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Must hold, or pass within 4 months of joining, the CFA’s IMC certificate or local equivalent.
- An individual with a strong sense of professional and personal integrity and high ethical standards.
- A keen interest in what Dimensional does, how it serves clients, and its place in the industry.
