About the Role
P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Project Manager to ensure projects run smoothly and customer expectations are exceeded. This role is crucial for maintaining the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Review job packets for completeness.
- Conduct accurate measurements for installations.
- Monitor production time against sales contracts and address discrepancies.
- Confirm material orders with clients and oversee change orders.
- Coordinate material delivery with the Purchasing Agent.
- Manage the procurement of necessary permits for project installation.
- Ensure completion of customer satisfaction checklists post-installation.
- Guarantee final payments are collected and address outstanding punch list items.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in roofing, siding, windows, or door installation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and mobile devices for project management.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
- Able to lift and carry equipment such as ladders and measuring tools.
- Willingness to engage in physical activities including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing as needed.
