Hillstone's summer internship is designed for rising seniors interested in restaurant or culinary management. Interns gain exposure to the business, focusing on daily operations and service, while apprenticing staff-level roles and understanding management functions like hiring, training, and P&L oversight.

- Previous experience working in restaurants is helpful, but not a prerequisite
- Placement for the internship is decided upon hire, based on fit to the operating team
- Relocation contingent upon employment
