About the Role

Build production-grade products at the intersection of AI, engineering, UX and product. Shape how products look and work, and how people will interact with them in the future.

Responsibilities

Build real, production-ready applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js – from the UI to APIs and services.
Create new ways for people to interact with our products through AI-powered interfaces, conversational UIs and agent workflows.
Use AI to work smarter and faster, experimenting, building and testing with AI.
Understand the problem before jumping into code, getting curious about users, challenging assumptions and finding solutions.
Make good technical decisions, build scalable architectures, work confidently across the stack and know when to keep things simple.
Work closely with Product, UX/UI and Engineering to build software that works well, performs reliably and is easy to maintain.

Requirements

Bring 5+ years of hands-on full-stack JavaScript experience and a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications.
Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js and understand how modern web applications fit together.
Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs, working with SQL databases and making sound decisions about data structures and database design.
Consider architecture, performance, scalability and maintainability, spot edge cases and take testing seriously.
Understand the problem you're solving, can explain your technical decisions and work independently to find the right solution.
