About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Lead to act as a trusted advisor to important clients, helping to shape the growth of The Caliber Collective. • Grow accounts commercially by identifying opportunities for expanded scope and managing budgets and resources.
  • Build campaigns focused on corporate reputation and leadership profiles, translating executive positions into effective social content.
  • Manage creator partnerships from briefing to delivery, including identifying suitable influencers and ensuring content alignment.
  • Develop and test messaging and narrative frameworks with audiences to advise clients on communication strategies.
  • Integrate social media efforts with clients' PR, advertising, media, and in-house teams to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Guide clients through sensitive and contentious issues by closely monitoring culture and current affairs.
  • Contribute to defining The Caliber Collective's account management processes, reporting, and scalable working methods.
  • Coach and develop junior team members.
  • Support new business efforts, including pitch development and presentation.
  • Collaborate across Caliber, leveraging editorial insights from The News Movement and The Recount for client work.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years in social, digital, or corporate communications, with recent senior account leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of providing trusted counsel to senior clients, with the confidence to challenge briefs and sound judgment.
  • Experience in corporate communications, managing reputation, issues, or leadership profiles for organizations and executives.
  • Demonstrated success in running C-suite social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Commercial acumen, evidenced by growing existing accounts and contributing to new business wins.
  • Hands-on experience working with creators.
  • Proficiency in developing messaging and testing narratives with audiences.
  • Experience integrating and managing diverse agency and discipline teams towards a common goal.
