About the Company
- Founded in 1974, TAM (formerly TAM Akademie) was a revolutionary idea, viewing employees as part of a living organism rather than just cogs in a machine.
- Initially established by Roland Berger, TAM was the first academy to train business trainers, acting as agents of change.
- The concept proved successful, with over 1000 international trainers graduating from TAM, contributing to the booming further education market.
- Changeability is now a prerequisite for successful, future-oriented companies, with evolving demands on trainers, leaders, and employees, further amplified by digitalization.
- Reoriented in 2016, TAM Akademie embraced the agile mindset of New Work, with New Work Facilitators driving innovative approaches like Cultural Design, Transformation Design, and New Leadership.
- TAM currently employs over 35 people at its office in Kreuzberg and collaborates with over 30 freelance TAM trainers.
- The company focuses on empowering, inspiring, and connecting individuals and companies.
