About the Role
The David Yurman Internship Program in New York City is a paid 9-week immersive experience designed for students and emerging professionals passionate about the luxury jewelry industry. This exclusive program offers interns the opportunity to work closely with expert teams across various departments, gaining hands-on experience in crafting exquisite jewelry, understanding luxury branding, and learning operational aspects of a world-renowned brand. Set in NYC, interns will have access to networking events, mentorship, and industry insights.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Support Team with daily customer service and sales-related activities
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Compile data, maintain records, and assist with reporting and analysis
- Prepare documents and materials for team meetings
- Assist with project execution and ongoing team initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Interest in luxury jewelry and the wholesale business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with an interest in customer-facing responsibilities
