About the Role
Trinity Life Sciences is seeking talented, committed, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Summer Associate Interns on our Customer Engagement team within Analytics. This environment provides exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues and the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. Interns gather information, create and interpret analyses, and present findings to project teams and clients, forming the basis for our recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of data-driven analytics solutions across customer engagement, HCP targeting, omnichannel activity, and promotional effectiveness.
- Analyze healthcare, customer, and promotional data to generate actionable insights.
- Support development of analytical tools, frameworks, and standardized offerings.
- Assist with data validation and quality control.
- Develop client-ready materials and communicate key findings.
Requirements
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.
- Prior relevant experience (internship or full time) is good to have.
Skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in life sciences/pharma analytics and using data-driven solutions to address commercial and marketing challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- SQL and data science experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
