About the Role
The Senior Manager Product Systems & Tools (m/f/d) leads global product systems strategy, ensuring Salesforce and related platforms enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven commercial execution across global data center markets.
Responsibilities
- Define multi-year product systems roadmap aligned with product offering and pricing strategy
- Lead Salesforce architecture optimization, workflow automation, and system governance initiatives
- Ensure global data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable system design
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to enhance integration between Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, Dataware House and financial systems
- Drive automation initiatives reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency
- Establish governance standards for product data structures, access controls, and compliance processes
- Provide executive reporting on system performance, adoption, and enhancement initiatives
- Support Product Offering and Pricing team to configure and maintain product catalog structures, approval workflows, and automation rules within Salesforce and CPQ platforms
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor’s degree required
- Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial
- Significant experience in a similar position, preferably gained within a global technology services organization
- Significant experience gained within the technology industry
- Multiple years of experience in Salesforce administration, product owner or product systems
- Experience within data center, cloud, telecom, or infrastructure environments preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms
- Proven experience leading multinational teams
- Deep Salesforce architecture and ecosystem expertise
- Strong digital transformation and systems governance experience
- Global stakeholder management capability
