About the Role
We are seeking a Chef De Partie for our Oche The Strand, London location on a fixed-term contract, working 20-40 hours per week during November and December. The role involves prepping, cooking, and presenting food in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepping, cooking, and presenting great food.
- Maintaining responsibility for your assigned kitchen area.
- Adhering to all applicable company and government H&S and food hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
- A good understanding of health and safety and HACCAP.
- An understanding of food controls and stock management.
- A basic knowledge of labour control.
