About the Role
Five Iron Golf is seeking a Golf Experience Lead to guide guests through their experience, ensuring satisfaction and engagement by highlighting the fun of golf and the venue's offerings. This role involves managing the Golf Experience Team and overseeing all aspects of the guest journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience through pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food and beverage offerings.
- Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology, ensuring optimal guest experiences and connecting guests with additional offerings.
- Oversee the sales, execution, and management of Five Iron Golf leagues and tournaments.
- Build community relationships, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer service inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to align efforts and achieve business goals.
- Take ownership of each guest's enjoyment and fun, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
- Follow health and safety regulations for food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness.
- Verify guests' legal drinking age.
- Assist with closing duties as needed.

- $20.00 / Hour + Commissions (55k-60k expected total compensation)
