About the Role
As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through vehicle service experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service, sales, and problem-solving in a dynamic setting. No prior automotive technical experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and by phone, understand their needs, and build rapport.
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on vehicle history and inspection results.
- Clearly explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options to customers.
- Generate accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide customers with regular updates on service status, timing, and costs.
- Collaborate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow and ensure timely repairs.
- Schedule appointments, confirm parts availability, and manage checkout procedures.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and uphold company values and policies.

- Willingness to learn and utilize point-of-sale systems and other store technology.
- Capability to clearly explain service recommendations, estimates, warranties, and declined work.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
