About the Role
This entry-level position involves the manual inspection of products to detect particulates, liquid volume issues, and defects. Trainees must pass a qualification test and be able to operate automated inspection equipment to advance to an Inspection Machine Operator I.
Responsibilities
- Performs manual inspection of vial, ampoule, and syringe containers.
- Accurately completes all documentation.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Follows directives from leads and supervisors.
- Adheres to good manufacturing practices (GMP & cGMP).
- Performs duties according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Must pass a Visual Inspection Qualification Test within an 89-day probationary period.
- Must complete qualifications to become an Inspection Machine Operator I within 89 days.
- Accurately read, write, and count.
- Able to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
