- Proven experience in installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems
- Proficiency with multiple fire alarm brands and systems such as Notifier, Silent Knight, Firelite, Ademco, and Bosch
- Leadership skills to manage and support a team on job sites
- Valid state licensing in Commercial Fire Alarm work
- Ability to work across various facility types including commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government settings
