About the Role
KALO is the partner for the smart energy transition in residential real estate. We capture energy and water consumption in multi-family buildings, install smart thermostats to save heating energy, and integrate photovoltaic and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles into properties. Responsibilities
- Responsible for order processing with a focus on order entry.
- Responsible for the coordination and planning of service partners.
- Organize order entry and processing, as well as customer support, and ensure professional order controlling.
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices in order processing.
- Opportunity to participate in exciting projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with initial experience in order processing.
- Good knowledge of common MS Office products.
- Knowledge of the housing industry/building services is an advantage.
- Strong team, cooperation, and communication skills.
- High degree of customer orientation and initiative.
- Decisiveness and organizational skills, as well as reliability and sense of responsibility.
