About the Role
As a Product Designer CRO (Growth Designer), you will be at the intersection of Interface Design, Data Analytics, and Business. Your role goes beyond simple graphic design; you will drive conversion rate optimization across all key customer journeys (purchase funnels, onboarding, subscriptions). In close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Data teams, you will analyze user behavior to design high-performance, data-driven experiences focused on revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior using analytical tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Contentsquare, Hotjar) to identify friction points and drop-off areas.
- Formulate precise design hypotheses and create screen variations to empirically test new journey solutions.
- Implement, manage, and analyze continuous experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) using dedicated tools (AB Tasty, Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO).
- Design fluid, high-performance, and scalable journeys and interfaces on Figma, ensuring perfect consistency with the existing Design System.
- Leverage principles of cognitive psychology and Nudge design (visual hierarchy, reassurance, badges, offer clarity) to maximize action conversion.
- Write and optimize persuasive microcopy (UX Writing and Copywriting applied to buttons, titles, and forms).
- Measure the business impact of each iteration, document learnings, and evangelize CRO culture among multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Growth Designer, ideally in E-commerce, FinTech, or SaaS (B2B/B2C).
- Hybrid profile: proficient in interface design fundamentals on Figma (components, Design Systems) and comfortable with behavioral and quantitative analysis tools (GA4, Contentsquare, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
- Proven expertise in A/B Testing and daily use of experimentation platforms (AB Tasty, Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO).
- Solid mastery of cognitive psychology principles, information architecture, and conversion-oriented UX Writing.
- Scientific, results-oriented mindset focused on ROI: enjoy testing, measuring, iterating quickly, and basing visual choices on concrete data rather than intuition.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication rigor to share results and engage Product Managers, developers, and marketing teams in optimization efforts.
