About the Role
At UNIQLO, you will be key to shaping memorable customer experiences and contributing to the growth and evolution of our business. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, a Partner in Management, and a Retail Specialist, bringing our values, products, and services to life.
Responsibilities
- Offer a rewarding shopping experience by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised sales floor to inspire customers.
- Monitor customer reactions to products and recommend adjustments to visual displays and stock levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues, offering support and helping to create a strong team.
- Champion the recycling programme, promote repair services, and participate in community activities.
- Contribute to content creation for social media campaigns, styling app, or livestream channel.
Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including mornings and late shifts, across weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to commit to the fixed-term contract until mid-January 2027.
