About the Role
The Senior Business Resilience Analyst will play an important part in helping the firm prevent, adapt to, respond to, recover from and learn from business disruptions and other unexpected events. The role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and periodic testing of an operational resilience framework. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the legal practice and Business Team, the Senior Business Resilience Analyst will help provide insight into the firm’s risk profile and vulnerabilities, identify critical business activities, and map people, processes, technology, facilities and third parties that could disrupt work on client matters or business operations. Ultimately, the Senior Business Resilience Analyst helps ensure the firm is better prepared to withstand and recover from significant disruption, protect clients and other stakeholders from unacceptable harm, and maintain its most important activities, processes, services and systems.

- Coordinate post-incident reviews, capture lessons learned and facilitate the identification of opportunities to improve preparedness.
- Prepare relevant information, dashboards, reports etc. to support management and other stakeholder reporting.
- Monitor emerging risks, internal and external changes and lessons from external events to ensure the overall operational resilience framework remains relevant and effective.
