About the Role
This role is within the HR organization of the Communications & Energy Company at Rakuten Group, Inc. The team supports various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core operations. This position is responsible for executing performance evaluation operations and supporting the administration of the evaluation system for assigned businesses.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement evaluation policies, organizing and rolling out company-wide and divisional policies and reflecting them in practical operations.
- Manage the progress of evaluations, budget control, and overall coordination across the company.
- Improve processes and systematize operations by introducing tools to streamline evaluation tasks and establishing operational frameworks.
- Coordinate and support HRBPs by providing tools and hands-on assistance for smooth evaluation processes.
- Administer systems to facilitate the smooth implementation of company-wide initiatives within each organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in any HR-related field.
- No prior experience in performance evaluation is required.
- Basic knowledge of performance management/evaluation.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Japanese (Speaking - 4 - Fluent)
