About the Role
Join our program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe program in Suffolk County (Long Island), US as a Home Consultant. Uphold exceptional quality and hospitality standards for luxury homes within Airbnb's Luxe offering. Conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
- Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluation using provided guidelines and templates
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation
Requirements
- This opportunity operates on an as-needed basis with fluctuating assignment volume.
- Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1-bedroom home.
- Additional information about travel compensation, requirements, and procedures will be shared before offers are extended.

Salary/Compensations
- Average base rates for a 1-bedroom property generally fall between $75-$90.
- An additional $5 USD will be added for each additional bedroom, up to 8 bedrooms total.
- Compensation is on a per-assignment basis.
- Travel compensation is provided based on distance to the assessment location.
