About the Role
This internship offers the opportunity to own real work with real deadlines, collaborating directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects. You will gain experience in market initiatives, process redesign, operational launches, and strategic decision-making within a fast-growing financial company.
Responsibilities
- Own a project end to end, from hypothesis to production.
- Conduct analyses, market research, and build business cases for management decisions.
- Translate decisions into reality by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Simplify and automate processes using workflows, AI, and tooling.
- Support leadership with quarterly priorities and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Track record of achieving results quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up (strategy, operations, growth, product, or chief-of-staff role), management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a self-built venture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) from a top-tier university with excellent grades.
- Clear, structured communication, both written and spoken.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Availability for the full period (Q4/26 and/or Q1/27, at least three months).
