Manage workstreams in support of origination, structuring, and execution of Capital Markets transactions by developing a seasoned understanding of Capital Markets products and processes, and by performing delegated activities independently within defined quality standards, risk parameters, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

3-4 years of Capital Markets and Investment Banking experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a track record of managing multiple workstreams to deliver timely results.
Track record of comfortably interacting with business clients and management.
Demonstrated organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
3-4 years of experience displaying a genuine interest in financial markets and global economics via Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or equivalent.
Strong track record in financial modelling and analysis.
Basic understanding of P&L and various capital structures.
Asset-backed financing and/or credit experience is a plus.
3-4 years of seasoned technology experience and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent Excel (macros, pivot tables, look-ups and filtering), Word and PowerPoint skills.
