About the Role
Design marketing materials that are visually appealing and drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Utilize AI to enhance creative output and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing marketing materials that drive reach, leads, and conversions.
- Test and optimize designs collaboratively with the team.
- Create designs for trade show booths, roll-ups, banners, and giveaways, managing the process from concept to print-ready files.
- Design print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and mailings, coordinating with printers and service providers.
- Develop digital designs for websites, landing pages, social media, banners, and eBooks, focusing on intuitive user experience.
- Utilize AI tools to create images, illustrations, animations, and variations, accelerating idea implementation.
- Develop practical templates for social media, presentations, and sales materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online, print, and trade show materials.
Requirements
- Approximately 4-6 years of design experience, preferably in marketing.
- Portfolio showcasing expertise in print, digital, and ideally trade show/event design.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
- Knowledge of print pre-press and production data.
- Routine use of AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, or Runway, with a curiosity for new possibilities.
- Pragmatic approach to work, prioritizing effectively and knowing when 'good enough' is sufficient.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong self-organization and initiative.
- Collaborative mindset, engaging with other marketing disciplines and sales.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
