Responsibilities
- Support monthly and annual financial closings, including reconciliations, accruals, and the review of accounting entries.
- Prepare and review variance analyses based on actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain and analyze KPIs and reports for Sales and Marketing.
- Support forecasting and planning processes.
- Review invoices and costs and clarify outstanding issues with relevant departments.
- Document closing procedures to ensure a structured handover.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, a qualification as a certified accountant, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of professional experience in Controlling or Accounting, with proven experience in monthly and annual financial closings.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, particularly cost centers, internal orders, and reporting.
- Excellent Excel skills, especially PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
- An independent, structured, and reliable working style, with the ability to work independently after a short onboarding period.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
