About the Role
Radfield Home Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide personalized care for older people in their own homes. This role involves supporting the care team, ensuring high standards of care practice, and assisting the Care Manager with the on-call system. You will also provide leadership and in-field training to new team members.
Responsibilities
- Caring for older people in their own homes
- Supporting the care team to ensure high standards of care practice
- Conducting spot checks, competency checks, and observations
- Supporting the Care Manager in operating the on-call system
- Providing leadership and in-field training and supervision to new members of the care team
Requirements
- Previous care experience
- UK driver's licence
- Over the age of 18
- Access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
