About the Role

As an experienced and dedicated Business Applications Administrator (w/m/d), you will find an exciting environment where technology is lived up to the management level. You will build bridges between business and IT and work with highly competent colleagues.

Responsibilities

Administration, configuration, and ongoing support of internal business applications, as well as management of application-specific user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
Analysis and resolution of application problems, as well as support for the Service Desk and specialist departments.
Responsibility for the secure and stable operation, documentation, integrations, licenses, and the entire lifecycle of the supported applications.
Planning, coordination, and testing of updates, configuration changes, new functions, and application migrations.
Implementation of projects for process optimization and automation, as well as support for selected AI-supported workflows and integrations.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the administration, support, or integration of business applications.
Good knowledge of workflow configuration, REST APIs, webhooks, system integrations, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
Basic to good knowledge of AI/LLM applications and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
Secure communication in German (min. B2) and English (min. B2), both written and spoken.
