About the Role
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to develop their career in investment agency, working alongside experienced partners on prestigious property assets in London's West End. The role provides exposure to a broad range of investment transactions, focusing on agency instructions, client relationships, and market insight.
Responsibilities
- Support senior partners on the acquisition and disposal of high-quality commercial property and investment assets across London's West End.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including investment transactions, pricing, yields, and investor activity.
- Identify potential buyers, investors, and acquisition opportunities to support transaction activity.
- Prepare marketing materials, client presentations, investment appraisals, and pitch documents.
- Monitor market trends and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the West End investment market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other key market participants.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to new instructions.
- Assist with the progression of transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial property, ideally within agency, investment, or a related property discipline.
- A genuine interest in the London West End property market and commercial real estate investment.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify key trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of work.
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualification would be advantageous.
