Responsibilities
- Empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves.
- Combine expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge.

- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build solid relationships with team members and management.

- Follow company grooming standards.
Requirements
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
- Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in beauty, retail, or FMCG.
- Ideally experience in applying makeup and adapting styles for different customers.
- Aspire to be part of a disruptive and growing beauty brand.
- Love and spread the word about Charlotte Tilbury products.
