About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, confident Candlelight Event Assistants to help deliver our shows and create a great experience for every guest. As part of the event team, you’ll be the welcoming face of Candlelight — greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the event.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests
- Check tickets and provide information
- Help manage the flow of visitors
- Support the event team with set-up and pack-down
- Help resolve any questions or issues during the event
- Make sure guests feel welcome and have a great experience
Requirements
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- A clear and positive communicator
- Reliable and organised
- A quick learner
- Calm and proactive in a busy environment
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
- A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most.
