About the Role
As a Project Manager / Account Manager, you will be the central interface between our client, our office, and our teams at the point of sale, administratively, operationally, and organizationally managing a renowned nationwide retail project.
Responsibilities
- Create administrative project briefings for the client project and proactively manage personnel and material resources.
- Take over proactive communication and act as a reliable interface to all internal and external stakeholders regarding the project.
- Create, maintain, and structure data sets. Conduct sound data analyses and prepare KPI reports clearly.
- Manage operational project processes and personnel planning routinely.
- Reliably keep deadlines in view and ensure timely and error-free implementation of all campaign components.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have initial to solid experience in one or more of the following areas: Account Management, Project Management, Retail, POS and Promotion environment, Resource or Personnel Planning, Data Management and Reporting.

Skills
- Feel for the Point of Sale: You have a feel for decorative implementations and a trained eye for appealing product and brand presentation at the POS.
- Software & Excel Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft 365. You use Excel confidently for analyses, lists, data sets, and reporting.
- Organization & Flexibility: You work in a structured manner, convince with high punctuality, and react flexibly to changing project requirements.
- Communication Skills: You are a real team player with strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
