About the Role
As part of our HR Technology team within People Advisory Services, you will advise clients on all aspects of HR technologies and innovative HR solutions. You will take on diverse tasks, including the conceptualization and implementation of various SAP HR solutions, project management, and strategic go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional consulting to national and international companies on the design and implementation of SAP HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM).
- Manage and lead projects, fostering and motivating your team.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative HR technology solutions.
- Take on strategic go-to-market activities and actively manage clients in the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in consulting and project execution with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Empathetic personality with clear goals and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Sound knowledge in project management and team leadership.
- Oral and written communication skills in German and English at C1 level.
