About the Role
Join our clinic and strengthen our team on the secure ward for acute psychiatric crises and emergencies. Work in a appreciative and cooperative team as soon as possible, permanent, full-time/part-time.
Responsibilities
- Accompanying children and adolescents in challenging life situations with expertise, empathy, and reliability
- Recognizing needs and developing individual solutions
- Participating in the creation and implementation of individual treatment plans
- Independent and confident execution of pedagogical tasks
- Creating a safe, appreciative, and reliable environment for children and adolescents
- Close cooperation with colleagues to ensure an emotionally supportive and stable atmosphere
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a educator
- Initial experience in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry is desirable, or alternatively, a strong interest in this specialty
- Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team and approach children, adolescents, and their families with empathy, clarity, and respect
