About the Role

As a SAP Trainer (employed or freelance), you will be instrumental in developing our training offerings in a high-demand job market, enabling individuals to start attractive careers. We are expanding our SAP development course offerings (ABAP/S4 HANA) and seek an experienced professional to help create and implement a new curriculum.

Responsibilities

Conception and structuring of a practice-oriented curriculum in SAP application with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and basic business processes
Didactic delivery of SAP user training for participants with little or no prior experience (optional after the development phase)
Ensuring a high degree of practical relevance through the integration of realistic case studies, exercises, and typical business processes from daily SAP work
Continuous updating of course materials in accordance with current SAP standards and labor market requirements

Requirements

Completed degree or apprenticeship in economics, business informatics, business administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an SAP user, SAP key user, SAP consultant, or SAP trainer
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and practical experience with at least one of the relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, or CO)
Proficient use of SAP user interfaces, master data, transactions, and basic business processes
Ideally, knowledge of SAP Fiori and experience in conducting SAP end-user training
Enjoyment in conveying complex business processes and SAP applications in an understandable and practical manner
Didactic skills, patience, and enthusiasm for working with people in further education
Very good German or English language skills
