About the Role

As a skilled technician at Finetech, you will be involved in the assembly of various components, utilizing your practical and technical abilities in a team-oriented environment focused on high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Assembly of mechanical components, from simple to complex, according to technical drawings.
Processing diverse production orders and adapting flexibly to changing requirements.
Operating various machines and workstations, such as lathes, laser welding, or sandblasting, based on qualifications and needs.
Retrieving production orders from the abas ERP system and utilizing provided information for work.

Requirements

Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic for precision device construction, precision mechanic, toolmaker, or a comparable mechanical-technical field.
Several years of professional experience in the trained profession, ideally in mechanical engineering.
Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, technical tasks.
Ideally, experience with lathes and knowledge of laser welding and sandblasting.
Good technical understanding and the ability to read and implement technical drawings accurately.
Willingness to learn complex tasks, different machines, and production processes.
Ideally, experience with an ERP system, such as abas ERP, particularly for viewing production orders.
Teamwork skills and clear, open communication for smooth collaboration.
A meticulous, reliable, and quality-conscious work approach.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, at least C1 level.
