About the Role

As a technical consultant, you will be the central interface between our customers and external partners regarding the technical aspects of our battery and charging infrastructure products. You will accompany customer appointments, explain complex technical contexts understandably, and ensure that requirements, details, and agreements between customers and external partners are communicated smoothly.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to customers on technical issues related to our battery and charging infrastructure products.
Accompany customer appointments as the technical contact person to clarify and negotiate offer details.
Act as an interface between customers and external partners, mediating between technical and commercial requirements.
Clearly explain complex technical matters to various target audiences.
Support commissioning and, after training, assist with on-site repairs.
Independently analyze and resolve technical problems on-site to provide customers with quick and reliable solutions.
Monitor the market and incorporate customer feedback for continuous product development.
Travel to customer sites within Europe, primarily in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and product management teams to ensure consistent customer communication.

Requirements

Completed degree or apprenticeship in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
Strong technical understanding to explain products and solutions to customers.
Basic knowledge or understanding of battery technology and charging infrastructure.
Initial practical experience in a technical field is advantageous; direct customer contact experience is not mandatory.
Very good communication skills in German and English.
Confident demeanor during customer appointments and negotiations.
Technically proficient enough to perform repairs independently after training.
Enjoys working in a dynamic start-up environment with initiative and flexibility.
Willingness to travel to customer locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and potentially other EU countries in the long term.
