About the Role
Alice is building the agentic future of Trust & Safety, moving beyond reactive moderation. This high-impact leadership role focuses on incubating new ideas, pushing from 0 to 1, and productizing what works to turn bespoke moderation workflows into repeatable, data-driven offerings for global platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop productization strategy to transform high-value Trust & Safety & Security workflows into standardized product offerings.
- Define Alice's data assets as durable differentiation across all company offerings.
- Lead the product roadmap for transitioning to agentic systems capable of autonomous investigation and enforcement.
- Design offerings for the infrastructure and policy requirements of major platforms, ensuring high throughput and low friction adoption.
- Lead demand and learn from existing and incoming projects, managing the full cycle from requirement collection to delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record in product management or leadership within Trust & Safety or Security domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver 1-to-N product growth, focusing on repeatability, efficiency, and market fit.
- Proven track record of scaling complex service-based operations or internal tools into revenue-generating, production-ready products.
- Deep understanding of Trust & Safety ecosystems, policy constraints, and operational friction points within major platforms.
- Strong conceptual and practical understanding of LLM-driven agents for content moderation and investigations.
- Ability to operate at a high strategic level with sufficient technical depth to judge product feasibility.
- Mastery in distilling complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives for senior stakeholders.
