About the Role
Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition at AlphaSights supports talent marketing recruitment for the client service team, managing candidates from identification to hiring. This role offers end-to-end candidate management and the opportunity to grow into an HR/recruitment specialist. The ideal candidate embraces a "get things done" mindset and is eager to contribute to team goals, seeking experience and skills to support the business from a human capital perspective.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and support the hiring process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates, managing candidate communications and leading the interview process.
- Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, including candidate pipeline generation and screening.
- Schedule online and offline interviews, manage job postings, prepare interview packets, process expenses, and create/send offer letters.
- Maintain applicant data and report on recruitment outcomes according to internal metrics.
- Participate in marketing to domestic and international universities, and in recruitment-related projects in Tokyo and the Asia region.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to send information to successful candidates and new hires.
Requirements
- Expected to perform at the highest level daily.
- 0-1 year of professional experience.
- Native-level fluency in Japanese (conversational, reading, and writing skills are essential).
- Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 750+ equivalent expected, but full bilinguals can utilize their English skills).
- Excellent academic record (2:1 Bachelor's degree or GPA 3.0+).

- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and a desire to start a career as a TA specialist.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- ¥5,100,000 - ¥5,250,000 (Base salary: ¥5,100,000 + performance-based bonus)
