About the Role
EY Studio+ is an interdisciplinary team that supports organizations in developing and launching new products, services, and customer experiences by combining business strategy, customer experience, service design, data, and technology. From user research and ideation to prototyping and validation, you will develop user-centered solutions with measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze innovation fields and develop new products, services, business models, and customer experiences.
- Conduct user research and market analyses, translating insights into concrete opportunities and problem statements.
- Design, moderate, and prioritize ideas in ideation and co-creation workshops with clients.
- Develop value propositions, customer journeys, and prototypes, validating key assumptions with users.
- Translate validated concepts into roadmaps and requirements, supporting implementation through to scaling.
Requirements
- Completed degree and initial relevant experience in product innovation, service design, innovation consulting, or digital product development.
- Practical experience with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, User Research, Ideation, Prototyping, or Validation, along with structured problem-solving skills.
- Confident communication and moderation skills in German and English.
- Entrepreneurial thinking.
- Self-responsibility.
